Janet supports her practice with attentive service and a steady commitment to operational excellence. She brings extensive experience across financial services, hospitality and municipal administration, allowing her to anticipate needs and create a smooth, efficient client experience. She works to reflect a consistent focus on helping clients feel at ease while their financial matters are handled with care.

Janet’s approach centers on solving problems quickly and making financial management effortless for the people she serves. She believes that strong client service is built on clarity, responsiveness and a genuine understanding of personal needs. Whether coordinating appointments or guiding clients through routine steps, she strives to ensure each interaction feels supportive and straightforward.

Her professional background spans several institutions, including Raymond James, Janney Montgomery Scott, Prudential Securities and the Incorporated Village of Mineola. Earlier in her career, she worked as a professional chef in well-known New York establishments, including Doral Hotels NYC, the Waldorf Astoria and for William S. Paley of CBS. She holds an AOS degree in culinary arts from Johnson & Wales College, graduating cum laude, and maintains Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Janet draws upon her affable personality and sense of humor, which she believes helps put people at ease in both routine and complex situations. She has a uniquely broad set of people skills, developed through decades of work with individuals from many walks of life. She feels that these qualities, paired with her resourcefulness and calm demeanor, distinguish her within her role.

A New Jersey native from Wayne and Mountain Lakes, Janet has lived on Long Island, New York, for 35 years and in Massapequa since 2010. She enjoys summers at the beach, bike riding with her husband, Lawrence “Larry” Lebo, and time with their grandson. In the winter, she enjoys cooking, reading and watching classic films on TCM.
